The plant-based shift has gained momentum over the last few years.
As we try to navigate the jungle of nutrition science out there and how to eat “the right plant-based diet”, it would also help the planet and our bodies if we follow the seasons to do so too - hitting two birds with one stone as they say!
This evening, our clinical nutritionist Henriette will walk us through why our bodies and our planet can greatly benefit from a more sustainable intake of seasonal plant-based products. She will also provide you with tips on what to look out for and most importantly how to really implement seasonal plant-based cooking and eating.
