About Amaryllis:

Amaryllis’s professional journey in the field of mental health and family therapy began about 22 years ago in Greece. Coming from families who have experienced immigration, she has lived and worked in different professional roles in Greece, UK and Switzerland (countries with different mental health systems, languages and cultures) before she started her own family and private practice in Switzerland. As an accredited and licensed systemic psychotherapist Amaryllis offers culturally sensitive therapy in Bellevue-Zurich and online.

Specifically Amaryllis helps individuals, couples or families from around the globe struggling with a range of difficulties like marital and parenting issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, burn-out or relocation challenges.
